1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Final sale items (marked "non-refundable") are not eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
1. Log in to your beatyminnie.com account and go to Order History.
2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and request a return authorization.
3. Pack the item securely (preferably in the original packaging) and include the return slip.
4. Ship the package to the provided return address.
3. Return Shipping & Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
4. Refunds & Processing Time
- Once received, inspected, and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Discounts, promotions, and shipping fees are non-refundable for non-defective returns.
5. Exchanges
- Direct exchanges are currently not available. Instead, you may return the item (for a refund) and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
7. Final Sale Items
Clearance, promotional, or specially marked items (e.g., "Final Sale") cannot be returned or exchanged.
