General Delivery Guidelines

We ship to a range of international destinations.     For a full list of countries we serve, please refer to the dedicated section during checkout or contact our customer service.

Processing & Delivery Timelines

All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).     Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.     You’ll receive a confirmation email with estimated delivery dates once your order is on its way.

Tracking Your Package

After your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.     Use this number to track your package’s progress via the link in the email or our “Order Tracking” page.

Delivery Requirements & Notes

A signature may be required upon delivery, particularly for high - value items.

If you’re unavailable to receive the package, the courier will leave a notice with instructions for collection or redelivery.

For apartment buildings, packages will be delivered to the reception or mailroom if no one is at your door.

Undelivered or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, check around your property (porch, garage, with neighbors) first.     If it’s still missing, contact our customer service within 48 hours of the delivery date, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
